At CHNGE, we want you to love your sustainable staples, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to minimize environmental waste.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the carbon-neutral prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original eco-friendly packaging, attach the new shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
